Positive: I like the pool bar, although the drinks were just OK. majority of the staff were very friendly and always smiled .
Negative: I felt like a lot of the chairs and towels were older and some of the towels had bleach stains on them, you also had a one towel policy with a key card, which made it really annoying too return and get your towels, which should be a really basic thing that guests shouldn’t have to worry about.
Summary: it was good, but it was not the best i ever had.

Positive: The staff were great, especially William on reception who sorted out our rooms and also got us a free shuttle to the medical centre when my son had an ear infection and was late at night. The superior rooms were very comfortable, the pool is lovely. The pool guy is super friendly. The location great and the beach dining is lovely when seas are calm.
Negative: the wi-fi isn't great
Summary: lovely hotel - great breakfast, pool and comfortable rooms on a paradise island

Positive: Koh Tao Montra Resort was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay in this resort very much. Beach villa was newly renovated and very comfortable. Also food was very delicious. One of the advantageous for divers is that the resort has its own diving centre so you can easily book and arrange your dives without necessity to visit other diving centres. All diving instructors were very helpful and good company. We definitely wish to come back as soon as possible.
Negative: Everything was just perfect. The hotel may only consider offering more dishes for kids in its restaurant on the second floor. The food there was really great, but some kids may find it difficult to choose something there.
